Training fees are agreed through consultation, based on the scale of the programme, headcount and training hours. How much of the curriculum is designed specifically for your organisation and whether post-training PoC mentoring is included are factored in as well. After your inquiry, the assessment step confirms audience, headcount and goals, and the quote comes with the proposal.

We design anything from a one-day intensive to a multi-session program spread over several weeks. Tool-centred topics such as generative AI use fit a short intensive, while topics that build on accumulated practice, such as data analysis or in-house certification tracks, run over multiple sessions. Executive programs are usually a half-day to one-day intensive.

On-site delivery is the default, because instructors look at each participant's screen during the exercises and unblock them directly. For multi-site teams or scheduling constraints we run online or blended sessions by arrangement.

We have delivered everything from teams under 10 to company-wide programs. Because the training is hands-on, we recommend group sizes where the instructor can see each screen, and company-wide programs are split into multiple sessions.

The assessment produces a tailored diagnostic report, a step-by-step roadmap and investment priorities. The training includes pre-learning materials, hands-on workbooks, post-training review materials and assessment questions, provided in both digital and print form. PoC-linked programs build a working prototype and end with a results presentation.

Tell us the audience, headcount and where the team is stuck. We then check the tools you already use and what data is accessible, interviewing the people responsible if needed. Next we propose, in writing, a curriculum per audience, a schedule and the scope of data for the exercises, and finalise it with your feedback.

Each program closes with measured results and recommendations for next steps. When training leads into a PoC build, the same person who ran the assessment and the sessions carries on into the build. 4 of our 16 engagements continued into a PoC, and the programs for SK innovation E&S, Hansae and Aromatica ran on a year-long basis.
