How long does the training take?
The goal is to establish judgment criteria for decisions, so a half-day to one-day intensive is the default. Programs where leaders design solutions to their own organisational problems, such as leadership AX PBL, run across several sessions.
Which levels is it for?
Executives, function leads and newly promoted staff. Each program is designed for its level and organisational agenda, as in the Samsung C&T executive data science course, the Chosun Ilbo leadership AX PBL and the Sebang Global Battery promotion cohort.
What do participants need to prepare?
No technical preparation is needed. If you share the AI adoption initiatives or investment decisions under review beforehand, the session works on those.
How is the training priced?
Quotes are based on headcount, the number of sessions and total hours, how much of the curriculum is built specifically for your organisation, and whether post-training PoC mentoring is included. Share your audience, headcount and goals through the inquiry form and we reply with a proposal and pricing.
Can the training run online?
On-site delivery is the default, because the exercises work best when instructors can look at each participant's screen and unblock them directly. For multi-site teams or scheduling constraints we also run online or blended sessions by arrangement.
